The project shall be built on 17,67 Ha plot and when completed shall comprise of 96,000 sq.m of warehouses and light industry buildings.

MLP Tychy is situated in the Special Economic Zone, therefore our clients are entitled to receive tax relief when investing capital in the new production facility through buying the necessary production equipment, etc.

We received an information from the President of Special Economic Zone that the companies renting space on our site are entitled to receive the tax relief. Only the companies that have the permission to run business activity within the Special Economic Zone and use the right to tax relief shall pay an administration fee to the Special Economic Zone. The fee is not included in the maintenance charge of our Park.

The Katowice Special Economic Zone Co. is an institution relevant to the companies that are willing to use the state aid as tax relief when they invest capital or create new jobs. The tax relief offered to the investments within the KSEZ are compatible with regulations on similar institutions of UE countries.

• tax relief up to 50% of capital investment; SMEs are granted in addition up to 15% relief;
• tax relief up to 50% of two-year labor costs for new jobs created; SMEs are granted in addition up to 15% relief;
• automotive industry (defined as such by EU) qualifies for 30% of maximum state aid.

The real estate tax relief (decided by the local authorities). An entrepreneur applying for the state aid investing within the Katowice SEZ should fulfill the following minimal conditions:

• investment of at least EURO 100 thousand,
• maintenance of fixed assets for at least 5 years,
• maintenance of definite employment for at least 5 years,
• getting the permission to run business activity within the Katowice SEZ.

The procedure of obtaining the permission for activity within the Katowice Special Economic Zone is realized as the tender (or negotiations) to get the permission to run business activity within the zone. The permission is a basis for obtaining the state aid and is issued by the KSEZ having assessed the investment offer.

The entrance to the site is directly from the Turyńska and Oświecimska national road (Road No. 44).The entrance is only 3 KM from the intersection of the international road No E-75 and road No 44.

There are no limitations to enter and leave the site 24 hours a day.The site is fully fenced and equipped with all infrastructure.
