The project shall be built on 19,08 Ha plot and when completed shall comprise of 102,000 sq.m of warehouses and light industry buildings. The plot is located in Koninko, 4.5 km from the A2 motorway, 1.5 km from the '11' expressway and only about 15 km from downtown Poznań.

The estate has developed transport connections with the Poznań city centre and with rest of Poland.

The plote is located 3 kilometres from the A2 motorway junction and 1 km from the national road 11 (Poznań ? Katowice), between two local roads and the railway route.

Since the completion of the A2 motorway near Poznań, the area south of the city where the estate is located has become very attractive for logistics, distribution and manufacturing facilities.
