Apollo Electronics sp. Zo.o. leased approximately 3 000 m² of warehouse space and offices in MLP Pruszków I located in Pruszków, 3 May 8 Street. "Leased surface corresponds to international standards and is perfectly adapted to the Apollo’s activities”

On April 3rd the first building was completed in the new area owned by our company, MLP Pruszków II. The tenant is Sarantis which so far leased premises in MLP Pruszków I. Due to its dynamic growth, the company needed additional space. Currently, Sarantis leases over 12,000 sq. m of warehouse as well as office and amenities space.

On April 12th we completed the construction of the last building at the MLP Pruszków I. The building, with over 9,000 sq. m of warehouse space and nearly 300 sq. m of office and amenities space, was handed over to Prolog. The building is equipped with a sprinkler system. This is the 21st, and last, warehouse to be built at MLP.

We are happy to announce that in January of 2009, building B5 has been handed over for use to Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes Polska. The area – about 1000 m² - has been prepared especially for the needs of Akzo. Because of the specific nature of the stored products, chemically setting, non-sparking floor with electrostatic charge removal has been used in a part of the storeroom.

Logpol was one of the first clients of the Silesian MLP Tychy. Now, as the first company, it has signed a contract for leasing about 6 000m² of area in the newest park, MLP Poznań. More negotiations are underway.

Electrolux has been leasing space at MLP Pruszków I since 2003. Year by year its requirements have been growing, reaching over 17 500m². This year the company has taken up more space in building hall B12 – about 4 800 m², giving a total of about 22 300m².

Today, additional storeroom area of 6 000 m² has been completed and turned over to Cargo Partners. This increases the company's total storeroom area to over 11 000m².
